"why did they not hold him longer." that is the big question. did anis amri, was he released too soon? the authorities did not have the papers they needed to keep him and send him back to tunisia. he is a hardened criminal. he is accused and tried in abstention of robbery and other crimes in italy where he was held for four years in prison and released and went to germany where he has been charged with assault. he did not show up in court for that. that was his past. why was he not kept longer in detention?
