wanted to be excused would be the focus of those appeals where the judge had clerk and staffer speaking with the jury or instead of calling the jury or into open court where the judge and lawyers could question this perp. according to wall street journal, the jury or texts one of the staffer at 7:00 a.m. the day jury was left home early saying that the jury or wanted to be excused. we still don't know the reason why the jury or felt necessary to get off the panel and the entire 12-member jury did return guilty on all counts verdict at the end of the trial. it's interesting to see how different things could have been if the judge had swapped jury or in favor of alternate jury or, we could have been talking about a hung jury or or acquittal. at the end of the day the third court of appeals will decide if they get a new trial or gets thrown out. february 21st. they will probably get much less than that and u.s. attorney said he would be willing to let them stay out of jail while the appeal is going through the court. so for all updates on this case, follow me, the show at chasing news, friday is another big day for bridgegate in the municipal court mat
