"action news" reporter john rawlins is live in doylestown. many more questions than answers. >> reporter: they have a lot of information but need more. and there is a sense of urgency from the public today. her bail was reduced to $10 those and some think if she gets out of jail she could become difficult to locate. grace packer was reported a possible run away last july, her adoptive mother, sara, told police the teen took 300 there's and fled the house in abington and today it was disclose that grace's dismembered body was found in rural luzerne county. mother sara is charged with obstruction and giving misleading information. without notifying police she moved to a house near quakertown. >> when someone goes missing we expect people are going to work with us to try to identify that person. to try to identify where she is. that didn't happen. >> while no one has been charged in grace's killing, authorities made it clear they continue to have questions for her mother sara packer. >> and we consider her a person of interest in the homicide in
