>> and for that, financial expert rob wilson joins us live. rob, thank you for joining us.tell us what's causing this? >> let's just say that it looks like all the stars have aligned for the stock market. first of all, we know who's going to be the president. but we also know that the president has his party in control of the house and the senate. that makes it much more likely that the things he wants to do are going to get done. me wants to spend more on roads and bridges, he wants to lower taxes, those are things that the stock market absolutely loves. but we also have the fact that we're at the end of the year and when things start going well like this, no one wants to sell because they would much rather push that tax bill into the next year. so if you at up all of those things, that gets you the market at new all-time highs. >> everyone's buying and everyone's holding. what does it mean for the average investor? what should we do? >> just because you win a few games in a row, that doesn't mean that you all of a sudden stop going to practice. i think the market is going
