"the interesting thing about these investigations is that these massage parlors are legitimate massage parlors. some people that went there for a legitimate massage." but a series of anonymous tips told police more than just massages were taking place inside these tips were credible enough for waukesha police sergeant jerry habanek to open an investigation. "at that point we began physical surveillance- started watching people coming and going from the parlors and we noticed they were busy and a lot of men that attended these massage parlors." police also posed as customers...."we sent in undercover investigators to see if they could get sexual favors for money and everyone of them was able to do that." four employees prostitution.....and more are possible. we stopped by all three massage parlors today for comment
