we also see heavy rain for parts of the east bay in berkeley over toward the delta and down to the tri-valley. let's see what's happening on the roadways as you head out. >> kari, we are busy out on the roads. i do have the saturday light radar on where you see the shaded green. that is actually where the rain is coming down and we do have some issues out on the road. chp is warning of roadway flooding around southbound highways. i think a lot of cars are starting to avoid the area. as of now they haven't closed down any lanes. and also flooding around chavez highway 280. chp was reporting 4 to 6 inches of standing water in that area. and we're also seeing a few minor crashes unrelated. it may just be because of those slick roadways. police be careful. northbound 101 to highway 87, 13 minutes, northbound 87 to 101, about ten minutes. we're seeing a few backups and slowing near the tri-valley. we were also seeing roadway flooding along that area as well. i'll keep a closer look out for more roadway flooding as well as accidents. >> certainly the fact that the last self days we've just seen non
