as we've been reporting here on abc 7, the sheriff's off lookin unmarked police vehicle that was stolen early this morning and is somehow connected to a bank robbery in scotts valley yesterday. it turns out that a san jose police officer a short time ago saw that vehicle here in downtown san jose on santa clara street, they followed it and made a stop here on taylor street just north of san jose in japan town. sky 7 was overhead as one of the suspects broke loose and started running away from police, going from an apartment complex into a new construction site. witnesses said he sprinted like a professional athlete, leaping over fences and ground obstacles and giving police a good run. officers were using a loud speaker to tell him to surrender, but he kept going, thinking that the construction site ahead of him might give him cover to elude officers. a construction foreman says his team of 70 workers were ordered to scramble as the suspect was believed to be armed and dangerous. >> we heard the helicopter over there. we didn't think we were in trouble or anything, and they came over he
