police say the first calls began around 1:30 in the area of russell street, right next to san pablo parkficers say when they got to the scene, they didn't find anyone shot, but they did find several cars hit by bullets including this man's. >> first, we thought it was fires. then we heard a car sped off. then we heard the police came shortly after that. a little after 2:00 a.m. in the morning. >> police do not have any suspect information at this time. they say their investigation is ongoing. >>> an amber alert for a boy believed to have been kidnapped in oakland was in effect less than two hours, thanks to a good samaritan who heard the alert and took action. the amber alert for the 3-year-old went into effect around noon. he was last seen friday afternoon in a blue minivan with a family friend. the boy's mother left him with the friend while she ran errands. about an hour after the alert went out a bystander spotted the minivan and called 911. officers rushed to the scene, found the and the babysitter and reunited the boy with his mother. >> that's just, you know, an excellent example
