dpw plays an important partnership with us and we have to figure out what we will give up to make the dollar work and that's what we did with the hospital and i think we had to do to make sure we're responsible to the voters and get the project done and it may be different at the end and you don't know when you pull out a wall in the older buildings if you have done renovations but i want to acknowledge the fact that greg and i sit on a team and we do oversight. we asked dr. eric to be the project manager oversight for building five and she's doing that and so we have layers of oversight to ensure we're meeting the goals but it starts with our staff. they have to give us input how it should work so we spend a lot of time on the front end and allowing staff to give input with the designers. i don't design the clinics. the staff does. it doesn't work unless you have their input so i think we do that pretty well and getting good at it and so but it is important for us to meet the voters goals and also be responsible for the dollars. we feel really responsible for that and i think the sta
