it's still a cold morning, it is february after all.couple of days temperatures fell off to the 20's and 30's early overnight. 34 in washington. 27 in gaithersburg. 28 in frederick. 28 dulles, 26 in manassas, 26 in culpeper. culpeper and manassas could hit 33. we'll see the temperatures jump pretty considerably from the way we started out in the 20's and 30's. 44 in pittsburgh. it's 39 in columbus, 41 in detroit and 46 in lexington. all the ohio valley and midatlantic should see a nice warmup. 38 in new york city, 27 as we start off on a chilly boston. clouds and showers to the south and these will increase from southwest to northeast making rea by you about mid afternoon. even though we start off with bright sunshine we'll see cloudiness probably by early afternoon that we could be overcast by the evening. the clouds shouldn't stop us from warming up. that's because we have a warm front out ahead of those showers. that moves through and nice surge out of the southwest allows temperatures to jump into the 50's and 60's. 60's for us here
