as you look across baker park you can see the high school tennis team out here getting in a little bit of a jog. there are preparations underway. brine striping put out on the highways. we have heard from frederick school they want all stop by 8:00 tonight. snow emergency plan is in effect. if you park on one of the number state roads you will get towed. they said that already started. this is one of the things i want to talk about. as fault path here. as i touch, it ism what. it has been -- as i touch it, it is warm. it has been in the sun all afternoon. and that's just like the highways. i have been looking at the pavement temperature sensors. everywhere i look, the pavement temperatures are above 50 and in some places even out here in western maryland i have seen 60 and 7 o-degree pavement temperatures on i-70. hopefully that aspect of this storm won't be too bad at all. with regard to the roadways we are monitor that as well. we already are. my colleague jay korff is in mobiletrak7 in the vienna area, i believe. jay? jay: indeed, brad. thanks a lot. a similar situation. we are on i
