joining us now from paris, foreign editor for "the daily beast," christopher dickey. good day to you. in is just the latest attack to hit france in terms of terror. what is the latest in this investigation? what are you hearing from the people of paris this morning? how frightened are they? >> well, don't think people are terrified, but everybody is worried and they've been worried for some time. i mean, the front pages of newspapers yesterday morning were talking about arrest in marseille of two isis operatives and the way terror had come back as an issue in this election campaign so people were already concerned. and to have an incident like this on probably the most famous avenue in the world, obviously, that's disconcerting. i was just talking to people who run the double-decker buses here. they've got about as many customers as they always do. the trouriourists are still out force. >> we mentioned the elections coming this sunday, the first round of them. what will the impact be on the election sunday? >> well, clearly is the kind of thing that works to the benef
