know anything is possible especially for my daughters, my mother was an incredible mother, a betty crocker stay-at-home wonderful well-educated woman who chose to be home and raise her family. i actually thought i would never be a working mom. life had a different plan for me. so i thought that was where is called to be. wherever you are called to be you need to be there and do that with excellence. for my girls i hope they know anything is possible. you can have it all you can have a family and a career. it's not always prettier perfect, i read a lot about in the book with going to work with spit up behind my back are catastrophic baby things. but anything is possible. dream big and work hard and don't assume it's for someone else. >> for you at such a young age you learn to keep up and you're able to do it all, what advice you have for your people trying to look at a full-time job while juggling other aspects of their life. >> you have to be very organized managing a household of four kids i don't know what's harder it truly is a full-time difficult job. we need to give ourselves a lot o
