them all the time, and that's important to never forget. >> so we choose brian and the veterans. we remember all who sacrificed their lives for this country. good night. in a napa high school hazing covered this story extensively for months. alleged hazing actions by the napa high school jv football team. up until now some students have been suspended, others expelled. >> criminal charges filed for the first time. wayne friedman joins us from napa with the details. >> reporter: this is certainly bad news for napa high school. announcement of the charges from the district attorney's office came in just before 4:00 this afternoon. to summarize them, the d.a. filed petitions on six juveniles for criminal actions. because they're minor, we don't know the severity of those charges. 11 other juveniles remain under investigation. the d.a. did not find enough evidence to file charges defense any coaches. from the beginning they insisted the hazing in this locker room was serious. six juveniles face charges, maybe more, a surprise to the community to players to parents. >> there needs t
