san francisco now 51 degrees. moon in orinda, linda fairfield, darryl yee in alameda all sporting overcast skies, temperatures in the 50s, winds pretty much under 10 around the rim of the bay and the coast, inland pleasanton at 11. fairfield at 30. southwest winds 10 to 20 miles per hour. but with the winds blowing this morning, the visibility not an issue too much. petaluma however deteriorating conditions at 2.5-mile visibility. so we have the enhancement of the marine layer. we have the weak trough right here that's blowing up from the south and the southwest. and with that enhancement of the marine layer, we have some cooler days ahead. finally, some seasonal conditions. tumbling out of the 90s inland into the 70s by tomorrow. now, our satellite-radar suggests we have a couple of different areas low pressure out there diverting the storm track to the south of us. otherwise, all we're dealing with is kind of like a summertime weather pattern during the last stretch of spring. we do have the clouds penetrating o

hey, i got big news coming out of san francisco right now. her than that, well, we have two other issues. the san mateo bridge and a friday commute. friday means a lighter commute around the bay. we'll talk about the san mateo bridge in just a bit. just got word from san francisco fire department exactly what's going on at seventh, we heard buzz about that. a big sinkhole reported there. about the size of five feet by 14 feet. that's the size of a car. we're following more information, but san francisco fire does say that no one is injured. not a public safety issue as long as you mind where they're saying to stay away from. traffic between those roadways is likely going to be an issue between 280 and 101 or the skyway. we're tracking that and also the san mateo bridge where the disabled vehicle traveled westbound. as you look at the camera, we see traffic starting to move on the flat section. over here, still some flashing lights on the high rise just before you get to the high rise on the flat section. we're tracking, at least that's moving
