i am proud that rich and the afl-cio won the entire movement. thank you for being here for the partners in this endeavor. as suzanne said a minute ago a lot of members are lining up in it's about time. i've been fighting for infrastructure for many years. remember i used to be at the american trucking associations and it is hard to think of another movement when the potential for real and meaningful progress has been so great. it's possible and it's likely so now we have to welcome this challenge and figure out how to make it work. it's a debate over what and infrastructure package should be and how it should be paid for and should achieve is heating up and we're looking forward to the perspective from secretary and just a momeninjust a moment andn television yesterday, this is an emerging perspective with more to come. the chamber is willing to work closely with her and the leaders at both ends of pennsylvania avenue to get this done. this morning i want to lay out three priorities for the infrastructure package that we believe will be the key
