nbc's kevin tibbles joins me now from the windy city.power couple back in chicago, returning to the spotlight. four months of remaining low key. what do we expect to hear from them today? >> reporter: first off, craig, they're always going to be the first couple here in chicago. but today, they're making announcement with regard to the presidential library and the presidential complex that by 2021 i believe is going to be constructed on the south side of the city. they're having this meeting at the cultural center in a few minutes to sort of unveil the plans for this complex. the artists administration or pictures over there, it is there, sort of shows a lantern type building in the middle. that's how they refer to it. and it has various walkways, green areas all leading into the various buildings, of which there's also going to be a restaurant inside. i don't know if it's going to be like the valloy's restaurant, where the former president enjoys his breakfast, or like manny's where he enjoys his corn beef for lunch. but that's where th
