there's extensive damage in the haddon township okalyn area. we're seeing trees down and homes damaged here. trees damaged and uprooted in the collings wind area, the john shoal buoy reported 55-mile an hour on the delaware bay. there's powerful straight lined winds 50 to 60 miles per hour. on top of that we had a tremendous amount of rain that has fallen in a short period of time. the national weather service issued a flash flood warning for philadelphia county and lower montgomery and bucks county, extreme northwestern burlington county and mercer county until 11:30 a.m. the problem we've had quite a bit of rain in the viewing area over the last week or so. the ground is saturated, now we're picking up two to three additional inches. the line of storms is out here, but the rain has to run off to tributaries, if you live in an area that's prone to flooding or live near a small creek or stream you'll see flooding. new jersey coast from cape may all the way into areas of south of sandy hook, it's the belmawr point pleasant beach area, the scawl
