(mark) the father of kate steinle says he does not want his daughter's name associated with a bill going through congress that targets undocumented immigrants. kate steinle was shot and killed 2 years ago in san francisco. the accused killer is an undocumented immigrant. the bill known as kate's law would impose mandatory minimum prison sentences for deportees who re-enter the united states. it passed in the house of representatives last month. now kate's father is saying that he wants her name kept out of the immigration debate.
