"eyewitness news" reporter alexandria movies on this story live at the scene in manayunk with more information , alex. >> reporter: yes, jessica, that baby was able to be revived by paramedics and currently is in stable condition. now around 6:30 p.m. yesterday that paramedics responded to the third floor of a home, on the 200 block of glean lane in manayunk. they found a nine month-old baby unresponsive with a hypodermic needle stuffed in her leg. the child's father identified as 35 year-old stephen welsh, told police he was with the child on the bed when the child rolled on to the needle. paramedics administered narcan to revive the child, and tool used to reverse effects of the opioid overdose. >> it is surprising me that anybody would be responsible, but, it is not surprising at all. >> and, all over the place. >> and here we have
