( darya ) police have arrested the man they say kidnapped a baby boy from monterey county. we first broke this story yesterday on the kron 4 morning news. the child was found safe in san jose after a construction worker noticed the baby in the back seat of a car. a woman who was also nearby says a man was asking her to take the baby. that baby was 8-month-old emeliano salinas who had been kidnapped in monterey county. the construction worker says he then saw the man trying to break into another car and he decided to act.
