softball comes up and give us whiffle ball league because we take care of the field so softball can play> reporter: that working relationship lasted eight years and through that time league has green to include eight to 10 teams. this is sophisticated stuff. it is not your father's whiffle ball league a lot of people when they think of whiffle ball they think have barbecuing playing with your family but when it gets to the level that we are he playing at it is more difficult. the ball breaks more than a baseball, coming from 46 feet, it is probably quicker reaction time then a baseball as well, it is a whole different game. >> whole different game, teams of four who play three in the field including pitcher battle all summer long. is there an all-star team that travels and playness local tournament, this year they entered a tournament and qualified for nationals next weekend in michigan. >> we are in the bracket. you win two you move on to the fourth seed and we won last few games and coming back 10 runs in the championship and got four seed. so we are playing in the national tournament.
