talk about this at glenn hall with "the wall street journal" news editor.hen we appreciate it. the impact of the storm is difficult and anyway whether it's financial damage insured losses or jobs. what do you think? >> we have for the governor calling for more funding than we provided for hurricane katrina by congress so using that as a benchmark this would be the most expensive storm to hit the united states. we also have a variety of other damages we will be looking at and the impact. think about the refineries being shut down for over a week, the ports being shut down from us to week and then all of the business impact globally. connell: i know people write stories all the time on how you get a surge from home depot in these places but overall the impact is a large one. that definitely in the short term absolutely fewer in houston right now for the texas area. we can expect in the short term is maybe the growth rate to be hit by .1 or .2%. that's not a crazy amount when you think about it and you would expect in a subsequent quarters an uptick in the spe
