john huddy joins us from jerusalem with more. reporter: when rohani was elected he said he would pursue a path with the world. he was sworn in to a session of iran's parliament. rouhani who is viewed as a more moderate leader promised to open lawn's economy to the world and lower iran's high unemployment rate and pursue a path of coexistence and interaction with the world. but today he directed his comment at the u.s., accusing the u.s. of looking the commitment to the 2015 nuclear deal, of trying to undermine the deal, and urged european countries not to side with the united states. rouhani said they would continue to abide by the terms of the agreement. and said those who want to tear up the nuclear deal will have to know they will tear up their own political life. president trump recently said that iran is complying with the deal so far. but he said the country is violating the spirit of the agreement by continuing the ballistic missile tests. iranian leaders said the country will continue with it ballistic missile program. th

. >> jon: john huddy is a lie for us with more. >> so far no group have claimed responsibility for the attack, but has all the signs of isis which has been the case in the past. this particular attack today started when police say a suicide bomber blew himself up at the entrance to the mosque in the afghan capital of kabul. three men then stormed the building opening fire and security guards they are and worshipers inside. this happened during friday prayers. there was a standoff that ended with all four attackers being killed and police say that cleric leading the prayers was also killed and at least 20 others are dead as well. that number, as we've seen in the past can certainly be higher as we wait for more information. this is the latest attack in afghanistan and comes after president trump announced earlier this week that nearly 4,000 more troops will be deployed to join forces on the ground in afghanistan and the fight against isis and the taliban, both of which have launched deadly attacks on u.s. forces in a country ravaged by war and torn apart by war and have seen little reli

john huddy is live from jerusalem. he was supposed to meet with the prime minister today.t happen? >> no, it did not, in short. a bit of a rocky start to the egypt trip. the prime minister was supposed to meet with jared kushner and the delegation he was leading, but the meeting was called off. apparently canceling the meeting when kushner and the delegation landed in cairo. in protest of the trump administration's decision to cut $95 million in military and economic aid to egypt while delaying close to 200 million pending human right improvements in egypt. some are basically saying jared kushner and the u.s. delegation were snubbed by egypt's foreign minister, but having said that i should also add, shannon, some u.s. officials are downplaying the cancel meeting saying it was never set in stone adding kushner is still expecting to meet with egypt's president, abdel fattah el-sisi, at some point this afternoon. we are waiting on more information if that meeting is happening. what has come out of it, presumably the cut in aid will be a main topic of discussion. kushner did

john huddy is live in jerusalem with more. >> it's pretty amazing to think about it when you see thatthe debris raining down, basically the entire side of the building engulfed in flames. the fact that no one was injured, and everyone out of the building safely this happened in the dubai area, i've been there several times and thursday night 1:00 in the morning which is when this fire broke out, that's a busy area. a lot of people are out enjoying the warm weather. again, no one injured, but pretty dramatic footage nonetheless. dubai fire officials say the torch tower caught fire around 1:00 this morning. i took about two hours to get it under control. they say that more than 40 floors were engulfed in flames, but everyone inside was able to escape safely within minutes saying -- this is the second time in two years at the torch tower house caught fire, another one back in february 2015 caused extensive damage. parts of the building this latest one broke out. clearly, there are questions as to why the building catch fire again, but wyatt spread so quickly this time as well back in 201
