well, right now, we are inside the golden wheel mobile home park. this fire occurred just around the corner from where i'm standing but police still have the area closed off. we have confirmed that three people. . one male adult and two school aged children. . a boy and a girl have died in this fire. let's take a look at some video of the scene. this fire broke out around 1230 tuesday afternoon. when fire crews arrived on scene they found the home completely engulfed in flames. they described the fire as fast and dangerous. these mobile homes are made of lightweight material that burns very quickly. fire fighters were able to extinguish the fire by about 1 oclock. during a search of the home, two victims were found and then later in the afternoon a third victim was located. now, neighbors here in the park have been watching this sad scene unfold all afternoon. i spoke with a woman who has lived here for 16 years and she says she's devastated.

the crosby fire department initiated that rescue. e next morning or later that morning, somewhere after daylight and i remember it to be somewhere around 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. rk the members that were working down at the elc had a conference call with the plant corporate officers and they asked for a complete evacuation of the plant. shortly after that, an hour or so later, department of homeland security infrastructure protection contacted myself and chief reed with the fire marshalls office and others and we had extensive conference call and talked about what was going on out at the plant. since that time, we developed a plan with the crosby fire department, who is the incident commander on this incident. and we decided that we would invoke a safety zone around the plant, which has been done. we established that isolation perimeter at 1.5 mile radius. after we established that evacuation zone, the crosby fire department, local law enforcement and other agency that is are working to flooding event here in harris county, went door to door

marshall confirms this is the second fire in the area in a week. a fire was fought tuesday at 1:00 in the morning. the fire marshall says the likely cause was kids playing with fireworks. now, the uc berkeley fire marshall says that the fire that happened tuesday morning is not connected to this fire, the grizzly peak fire. however, they are investigate all three of the fires since july 3rd. at this time they are still full capacity until 8:00, then they are going to change over to their night operations which could be different. at this time we know that grizzly peak boulevard is going to remain closed from centennial to south park drive. >> leigh martinez, thank you. >>> we have new information about a deadly police shooting in richmond. the man was shot and killed by vallejo police and has been identified as 45-year-old jeffrey barboa. investigators say was wanted for an armed robbery in el cerrito last month. police say they tried to pull over his car. when he didn't stop they chased him to richmond where a police car crashed right into his car.

. >>> firefighters are getting a handle on the fires in the oakland hills that fired up yesterday afternoon off of the grizzly peak boulevard. at this point it is 50% contained and not grown in size since 9 pm last night. allie rasmus is live with an update from the firefighters. >> reporter: the numbers are the same which is good with 50% containment and the fire has not spread at all since 9:00 last night. the firefighters are feeling pretty confident right now but they still have hotspots to deal with and that is why the firefighters on the scene as they will be throughout the day. the fire burned about 20 acres on the hillside near the south park road and there were 160 firefighters for multiple agencies keeping an eye on the fire for the rest of the day and likely a smaller crew out here overnight. here is the video of when that fire started yesterday and at its worst you can see the helicopters doing and airdropped at 1 pm yesterday at the grizzly peak. the cause of the fire is still under investigation but the firefighters said it was called in quickly which helped the firefighters g

the fire officials say the tower in the dubai marina caught fire around 1 am taking two hours to get der control. more than 40 floors own one side of the 86 story building were engulfed in flames. everyone escaped safely within minutes thanks to the smoke- free, fire free escape exits. this was the second time in two years that the tower has caught fire. another one caused damage in february 2015. parts of the building were still undergoing restoration work because of that fire. there are questions about not only how it caught fire again but why it spread so quickly. in 2015, fire officials blamed the flammable cladding, that's been the case in other fires, there was one on new year's eve when the side of the building erupted into flames. as the investigation continues into what caused this morning's fire, to buy police have reopened the streets surrounding the tower. >>> look at some video of a rescue near alcatraz last night. is 31 foot boat started sinking, the 10 people radioed for help. one of the fairies that takes people to and from alcatraz was closer to the incident, all 10 p
