macarthur boulevard holding a kids cut-a-thon. all proceeds will go to victims of hurricane maria. a new jersey foundation is coming clean about a big secret. one of it's statues is worth more than a pretty penny. the marble bust of napoleon has been sitting in a corner at a municipal building in new jersey for 85 years. that pretty impressive-- because it's actually a long lost state, sculpted by famous artist auguste rodin. one of their workers made the years ago, while archiving their artwork. it turns out what she felt was auguste rodin's signature. the sculpture was apparently donated by geraldine rockefeller -- but never properly cataloged. the foundation had to keep it quiet for security purposes. that statue is worth about 4 million bucks. it will be on loan at the philadelphia museum of art next year for an exhibit marking 150 years since rodin's death. there is more coming up on good morning washington. john gonzalez .. what are you working on for 5 am? gunshots ringing out an alexandria park. the triple shooting that left two people dead. plus: high school targeted. a social media post threaten
