bob brooks live now at the wilmington police station with the latest. >> reporter: sara we had a news conference with the chief of police and the biological mother of one of these children and really the caretaker of the other young boy. her name is coola, and she is the one that is arrested now charged with two counts of first degree murder and police say she was arrested late last fight and again killed her 4-month-old baby boy and her girlfriend's 5-year-old again who she was raising. it was around 8:30 yesterday morning when she called police herself. the chief of police say she was very matter of fact on the phone call telling them she simply killed her kids and drowned them. when officers got to the house she walked them to the bathroom and the children were drowned in the tub. as for motive that is not clear but an issue hours earlier that morning. police got a call and responded to her house that she is a liberian immigrant and becoming panicked about her immigration status and they never suspected that the children were in danger. >> our concerns were that she was going to ge

. >> police are on the look-out for a person who shot a 15-year-old girl in wilmington. police say the shooting happened on the 600 block of pine street around 5:30 tonight. the 15-year-old girl was shot in her left ankle. paramedics treated her on the scene, brought her to dupont children's hospital where she's now recovering. anyone with information is asked to call police. a germantown elementary school will remain closed tomorrow because of mold issues. john b kelly elementary school has been closed since thursday. after investigators found mold in several classrooms. the school district said the school will remain closed on a day-by-day basis until all of that mold is out of there. crews have been cleaning it since the mold was found. and district officials are blame, it on hvacate. and schools in monroe township dealing with mold issue, school officials say most schools there will reopen on tuesday. this is after a district-wide precautionary shutdown for most of the school this past week after mold was found at holly glen elementary. students who go to holly glen i
