bay this monday morning. sheriff's deputies are investigating a deadly stabbing near the san jose country club. y in the bay's" kris sanchez live this morning. anything new? >> reporter: well, laura, i can tell you the deputies are still here on the scene. they have part of the roadblocked off and the home where the homicide happened is farther away from the crime scene tape. the first question we asked is whether or not there is a threat to the public and the sheriff's department spokesman says there is no public threat because the suspect was taken into custody almost immediately. it appeared the suspect and the victim did know each other. they were roommates. deputies arrived at the home before midnight. the home is on the 5400 block of fairway drive. that's where they found the victim, a 21-year-old his tannic man, stabbed. he later died inside that has home. the suspect was taken into custody, at that same home here on the scene. the suspect told us, he did not reveal whether or not that suspect gave them a motive for this act of violence. we will keep pressing the sheriff's department for
