i'm lela cirgold. i've been a small business owner and resident in mission. i own a bar in the mission. i truly believe one of the main reasons that the mission is a vibrant, attractive neighborhood for dining and nightlife and to live in is its small businesses. it's warm, positive places like teeth that care about residents that we need to foster and protect. they've donated thousands to local charities and they have affordable food and drink and serve a diverse crowd. without use of their patio, we risk losing another community-focused establishment. the patio at teeth has been in operation for over 20 years. today you guys have the power to preserve that and keep this much-loved neighborhood institution open. we ask that you do that. >> thank you. next speaker, please. >> good afternoon. i understand it's a jewel of the mission and famous bar, but it's very noisy and i get that the owners are the greatest people and have the nicest hearts, but they're rude to their neighbors. i'm sure out of the letters they got in support not one is from a neighbor, beca
