san mateo county sheriff's department. an investigation led to his arrest monday at s-f-o as he returned from the thanksgiving holiday. matthew coda was booked into the san mateo county jail on $200-thousand dollars bail. (vicki) more than 150 people are still without gas tonight-- more than 24 hours after a gas leak and explosion in san francisco. it happened yesterday near mission street and interstate 2-80.... in the bernal heights neighborhood. the fire department believes that the explosion came from the garage on the lower level of a three story house. it blew out the windows of the house and the garage door was blown off. 8 people lived there but nobody was home at the time. most of the people without gas tonight are on the east side of the 39-hundred block of mission street. right now, crews are still trying to figure out the source of the (grant) breaking news tonight out of florida... police say they have arrested a serial killer suspect involved in four recent murders in tampa. the suspect is howell donaldson... who used to work at a mcdonalds.. officers say they managed to find him after they got a tip.... about someone with a gun at the fast food joint... the 24 year old has been charged with four counts of first degree murder in four shootings... it has been 51 days since the first murder in the neighbor

(steve) months after two high profile incidents involing air canada planes... the n-t-s-b is looking into two more incidents at s-f-o where planes ácouldá have wound up on the same runway. according to a safety board report...a skywest plane in december 2016 crossed a line that it was supposed to stay behind while another plane was taking off. the report also says that a compass airlines plane in february was forced to abort a landing because a virgin america jet was lined up and waiting to take off on the same runway. air traffic controllers received a warning about the potential conflict from an automated system and were able to redirect the compass plane in time. all this comes after two air canada incidents..these are photos from back in july - a plane almost landed on a crowded taxiway instead of a runway... the tower told the incoming jet to go around... and at the last second... the air canada pilot pulled up and flew over the other planes... just in time. in other incident -- an air canada flight did not respond to repeated requests to abort a landing... the crew reported a radio problem after landing safely. (pam) tonight - investigators are trying to determine what caused a plane to crash into a san home... we first told you about this story last night on kron4 news ... people who live in the area are concerned... the single engine cessna crashed into a home on evelyn avenue... after reporting engine troubles. no one on the ground was hurt... but three people in the plane were injured. this crash stirred up the long- simmering debate among neighbors... about the risks of having a busy airport surrounded by housing, schools and a shopping mall. despite the airport efforts to be a good neighbor ... by restricting certain flights and times... some neighbors say - the airport needs to go...(tom nguyen/lives near airport): "every day we hear the planes, all day long, we are very worried about it."(eric peterson/reid hillview airport): "if you look at the numbers you will find that there have been some 5 million operations since then, 5 million takeoffs and landings, that's a large number which shows that this does not happen that often."(pam) the last serious accident... which killed

( will )months after two high profile incidents involving air canada planes... the n-t-s-b is looking into two more incidents at s-f-o where planes ácouldá have wound up on the same runway. according to a safety board report... a skywest plane in december 2016 crossed a line that it was supposed to stay behind while another plane was taking off. the report also says that a compass airlines plane in february was forced to abort a landing because a virgin america jet was lined up and waiting to take off on the same runway. air traffic controllers received a warning about the potential conflict from an automated system and were able to redirect the compass plane in time. all this comes after two air canada incidents.. these are photos from back in july - a plane almost landed on a crowded taxiway instead of a runway. in other incident -- an air canada flight did not respond to repeated requests to abort a landing... the crew reported a radio problem after landing safely. <"well, that's not a nice topic to bring up as you're getting ready to board a flight"> ( terisa ) thanks will. we will check back with you through out the morning. ( james ) a big story we are following this morning. the f-b-i is going after nearly a dozen members of the hells angles motorcycle club... and most of the arrests were made here in the bay area. 11 members were arrested and are facing charges that include murder and sexual assault. the investigation started three years ago... but it all came to a head on saturday when authorities made arrests at locations including the wagon wheel saloon in santa rosa. ( james ) the f-b-i the f-b-i says more arrests are likely. ( terisa ) happening today... muni will consider pulling cannabis advertisements from their buses. the s-f-m-t-a board of directors will consider the ban at its meeting later today. mayor ed lee has also voiced disapproval of the ads.. citing the ban on alcohol and cigarette ads already in place. the proposal comes amid the city's debate over how to regulate the sale of marijuana. according to s-f-m-t-a ... the ban has been in the works for six - months. ( terisa ) in the south bay... a church in sancused of illegally dispensing marijuana. among the 12 businesses operating out of the meridian avenue location is a native america church. according to city attorney rick doyle -- the church is an illegal medical marijuana dispensary. a judge ordered the church to shutdown the pot selling operation within ten days. doyle says right now the city has permitted 16 pot dispensaries and this isn't one of them. ( terisa ) city officials say they will also be filing a lawsuit in efforts to shutdown an illegal marijuana dispensary at coachella valley church. ( james ) in the east bay... a settlement has been reached with the families of victims in a deadly balcony collapse in berkeley. that collapse killed six people in june of 20-15. for the second time -- the attorney for the families says they have a partial settle
