jeannette reyes and david murphy are joining us this morning.he snow has cleared off but we have cooler temperatures. >> we have had areas not only where the temperatures have gotten very cold but we didn't get all of the snow and the ice off of a lot of side streets and sidewalks overnight so that stuff is still an issue this morning. of course you can see on satellite how we are going to break out into sunshine later this morning. these additional clouds don't look like they're going to make a run at us. the sun should help things. we've got snow on the ground, in philadelphia we went to 4.1 inches. a couple of out lying areas got up to 8 inches. most of the area was in a 3-4 inch range. keep in mind that the beginning of the snowfall didn't all pile up on the ground right away but because we had some mild air in place. could be what's on the grass is less than those official totals right there. just 18 degrees in allentown, 18 in reading as well. 29 in millville and a bit of a breeze blowing through the region enough to give you wind chills m
