my name is lon mcnulty. i'm here to talk, i guess, the bigger picture of 644 broadway. the owners of the property. they have taken advantage of, i guess, the allowance of boxcar theater, they are using the alley and now they have expanded that to china live using the alley and they also added a restaurant and use that as an entrance to the restaurant. and the alley is not meant to be an entrance for that type of business. so they have an 8 1/2 x11 piece of paper on a gate to notify the entrance to their restaurant and the gate is not handicap accessible. it is not -- it is not for public use. it's for security and all that. currently the gate, you know, requires excessive -- more than five pounds of pulled force to open it. so, that is not accessible. the entrance to the restaurant -- the alleyway drops down from the gate to the back entrance of 644 and by approximately about two feet or more and then once you get to 644, there is a big drop and a little -- i call it a service ramp that is not handicap accessible ramp. and so the restaurant is -- to us, they are operate
