this is the progress report that colliers has just started producing and presenting to the tjpa on a weekly basis. it is intended to show all of the cumulative interest in the pipeline at various stages and since this is the first time that you are seeing this, i'm going to review each category and erica with colliers is here to help me to answer any questions. the stages are noted on the horizontal bar with the business type noted on the vertical bar. and when colliers first showed this to me i thought that this report was like a funnel where the journey of a deal could be traced from left to right. that is not the case. each of these is a distinct business in the specific stage shown. note that there is some flexibility in how the information in the legal lease out categories is maintained and i have not asked colliers to further refine pending your feedback. to start, there's 37 spaces available for lease in the center, and as you can see there is interest from approximately 130 different businesses. and to go down to where the key is, from left to right, across the top, prospects

development of a site website that serves as a point of entry for colliers, pearl and p.r.i. and then also outreach in particular social media to generate and maintain customer traffic to the transit center. this slide represents a contract awarded within this last month to landmark industries. it's the waste and recycling services. it's an important contract in place. the timing was sensitive because equipment has a long lead team of anywhere from three to six months. with regard to costs, these are unit prices, services will be calibrated depending on the need. note that there was only one respondent that was viable. however, pearl link and landmark prices are consistent with the market for large complex multi-tenant facilities with the mandated zero waste ordinance goal. and this slide is blank as a placeholder for facilities contracts and you will start to see those come in in the january and february time frame. with the daily operations of running the site, at this point, three of the five key service contracts are in place and that's cleaning and engineering and mainte

similar to pearl, kol letter's focus in 2017 was -- colliers focus in 2017 was going out to market to fill the retail spaces. the retail merchandising plan was developed and approved. the marketing campaign was launched. a key aspect of the marketing campaign was creation of the collier's website, so a prospective tenant can go into the website and register, view a video of the site, read the lease template, arrange a tour, and then, also submit a letter of intent. and finally, a financial performer was developed that included read parameters and tenant improvement allowances perthe market that in turn generated the budget that you saw earlier. with pri, it was recognized early on that aside from activities in the park, activity and service was needed through t out the center for visitors while the retail spaces were under construction. as such, lincoln hired pri to develop a popup program. the program is well underway with additional details to be discussed in 2018 -- in the 2018 section. with the transit operations, a first step was to establish the financial framework with regard t
