michael froman, thanks for joining us, former u.s. representative, currently at the council of foreign relations, joining us from washington. the headline crossing now, president trump is said to waive the iran nuclear sanctions under the nuclear deal. deciding on friday to continue to waive economic sanctions related to the 2015 nuclear accord with iran. that believe the deal in tact for now. at the same time, the u.s. is imposing new sanctions against 14 people and entities involved with iran's ballistic missile programs, and a crackdown on government protesters. we know the president is required by law to certify every 90 days the iran nuclear deal. now waiving sanctions, this would include another 120 days. we had heard this decision was coming. we are now hearing this will also include new sanctions for 14 people and entities involved with iran's ballistic missile programs. david: coming up, 350 million voters will be heading to the countries toous elect new presidents this year. will the anti-establishment tide break over latin
