so during this term, gaps improved, but bunching got worse. so the city charter calls for sfmta to be on time system wide at least 85% of the time, and although the on-time performance did improve over the cycle, we are still short of that 85% target. on this site, we just wanted to note that the sfmta did reach the city charter goal of service hours delivered of 90% in fiscal year 2016, and the agency should be very proud of this. for goal three in the strategic plan, we just wanted you guys to keep in mind that this audit focuses only on transit specific metrics, and these are just the ones that are associated with muni. the last goal, goal four, shows that employee satisfaction is holding steady. again, the 2.5 would have been a neutral score, and so here we are at 3.4. so overall, we have verified the accurate collection of data and reporting, and staff should be proud, as i mentioned, that they turned so much data into meaningful performance into solutions and customer spurns. and although the kpi's were not meant in any of the met rikz, the quality

we adopt the final map for a particular subdivision we will be adopting a public improvement agreement between the cityand ticd as master developer. and as routine part of a typical public improvement agreement is that any key delivery dates would be articulated in the public improvement agreement. so substituting that provision in the dda for the late outside date to be 24 months after the date of transfer to a date any date established in the pia gives us the flexibility of having the outside date be set contemporaneous with the approval of the map and infrastructure. that could potentially be where there's flex ability a date more than 24 months out or where there's a critical need for a piece of infrastructure to be developed it could set out at an early date. the date of the individual transfer is somewhat indeterminate date relative to the horizontal infrastructure. it was thought to be a more meaningful date than a specific 24 months tied to a date of transfer that was indeterminate. so that's the first change that is proposed. the second pair of changes have to do when tidc is allowed to transf
