with that, let me turn to my colleague, linda sanchez. ms. sanchez: thank you, good morning, thank you for joining us. i would like to report that this morning, the congressional his tannic -- hispanic caucus and other caucus leaders had a meeting with john kelly to talk about a fix for dreamers. dollar number of legislative proposals that have been introduced that would provide the relief that dreamers need and deserve and that the president promised. we had a pretty fruitful discussion about the fact that there are solutions that have been proposed by -- bipartisan solutions such as the hurd-aguilar bill on the house side, there's a senate bill being worked on, but they have core consensus on. we are simply asking for a vote of give us a vote on a fix. we think we have the votes. and i believe if the hurd-aguilar bill were allowed to come to the floor we would have the votes to pass a piece of legislation that enhances border security but again gives dreamers the certainty they need and they deserve. this past week, we were back -- weekend,
