liz: just in time for mardi gras. thanks. ashley: burt, thank you so much. liz: thank you, burt.ley: big meeting on capitol hill tomorrow, congressional leaders sitting down with top administration officials, one of the topics coming up infrastructure. talk about it a lot, time to talk about in detail. jay timmons, national association of manufacturers president and ceo joins us now. jay, all right. >> good morning ashley. happy infrastructure year to you. ashley: infrastructure year to you. to that point, is this something both the democrats and republicans can agree upon? is there going to be some big issue that divides them? >> i think they absolutely can agree. one thing that 2017 showed us, we can take on big things. granted it wasn't done in bipartisan way last year, but if you look at three things most important to manufacturers we outlined right from the start in 2017, taxes, regulation and infrastructure. taxes we took care of that last year. regulations are being dealt with right now. we're in the middle of that process. infrastructure is the next big thing. democrats a
