mexican border all the way up to portland. not just for the bay area, but also for southern california. we have concerns for flash flooding here in the burn zones, but in santa barbara where they can see another three inches affords the rain in the next 24 hours, that could be even more of a problem because the burn areas are a large area. we can take a look at some of the observations out there from local storm reports and see what is happening around the area, and one of the things that i have been tracking is the winds. they have not materialized yet, but some of the reports around the area have given us rainfall accumulations and rates of up to one quarter of an inch in our -- an hour in places. we have some localized flooding up around alamo, and at the off ramp to livermore road. these are people on the ground. roadway flooding is reported in emeryville. what this most likely is is some stream flooding. there is a lot of rain coming down especially in paul alto and san -- san jose. the afternoon commute is a mess and more is on the way. when i come back, i will set you up with that. it is going to be wet and you will be waiting for people to get home f
