ms. sanchez: thank you, good morning. thank you for joining us. i would like to report this morning the congressional hispanic caucus and tri caucus leaders had a meeting with john kelly to talk about a fix for dreamers. there are a number of legislative proposals that have been introduced that would essentially provide the relief that dreamers need and deserve and that the president promised. we had a pretty fruitful discussion about the fact that there are solutions that have been proposed, bipartisan solutions, such as the hurd-aguilar bill, on the house side. ther\e is a senate bill that is -- there is a senate bill that is being worked on but that they have core consensus on. we're simply asking for a vote. give us a vote on a fix. we think we have the votes. i believe that the hurd-aguilar bill were allowed to come to the floor we would have the votes to pass. a piece of legislation that enhances border security, but again gives dreamers the certainty that they need and that they deserve. this past week we were back -- weekend, we were back
