route 650 is closed at oakview drive for those water main repairs. breaking overnight a freezing cold rescue in montgomery. larry: three people pulled from the car, they ended up trapped in ice. ryan hughes is there. leads directly to the creek. if you are not familiar with the area it could situation. we just saw a driver come this way and we advised him to turn around. this was a dramatic rescue and an extremely cold close call in dangerous cold. take a look at the conditions. you can see the large chunks of ice and the road leading up to of icelmost a sheet itself. the rescue happening overnight, you can see the tires of the car submerged in the water with ice surrounding it. firefighters first getting the call last night for a car stuck in the icy water with three people trapped inside. this is at 10 mile creek on the west old baltimore road on shiloh church. police say that the driver drove over the creek thinking it was completely frozen, but that is went in.all -- the car zero degrees at the time, extremely cold. a swiftwater rescue team calle
