i'm vai sikahema. just about 8:00 a.m. on this monday.icy situation this afternoon. let's get details from first alert meteorologist bill henley. he has your most accurate neighborhood weather forecast. bill? >> hey, vai. the morning will be cloudy. you see the clouds building over philadelphia, you see them in wilmington, too. it's certainly cold this morning. the temperatures are climbing. unfortunately, wet weather is on the way. you see the snow in central and western pennsylvania. part of a system that will likely bring a wintry mix. not just snow with this one, the atmosphere is trying to warm up. much of the area will see a mixture of sleet and freezing rain. that's why we've issued a first alert for icy roadways. the entire area will be affected by the system. it starts north and west at 11:00. until midnight tonight, there's a possibility of wet weather that will bring us itten's the freezing rain -- it's the freezing rain that will cause the most problems. slippery roads, driveways, sidewalks expected this afternoon and evening.
