some of the rain falling overnight. the heaviest rains are yellows, oranges and reds. there's a good bit of it to the southwest starting to pump our direction. now we're starting to see small pockets in montgomery county and into philadelphia as well. these little pockets are going to start expanding as the area over d.c. and baltimore moves our direction. look at parts of newcastle county, north star, pensville, to middletown. scattered areas of rain moving through. the problem is, when training, regeneration of heavy pockets over and over the same area, that's when you get the flooding concerns. this is something we'll be watching during the morning hours. no flood warnings in place, which indicates it's actually occurring. i wouldn't be surprised if there were ponding along roadways. we jump over the delaware and parts of cumberland county where still heavy rain is falling. this is an area where 1 to 2 inches fell overnight. this is an area totally saturated and more heavy rains continuing to fall. look how much i've got to pull this out to show you the length of the
