mike rogers in the security space.admiral mike rogers, the director of the national security agency, i thought this was a powerful statement from him saying i have not been told i needed to move out smartly on this russia issue. lots of things he can do to defend and push back. he needs special authority if they are going to go out and engage the russians in other places in that's a special authority that he would need to do that. the fact that that hasn't happened yet tells me we don't have a whole of government proo approach to push back against the russians. all of the intel chiefs said the russians have done it and will do it again. we need to get our act together, we the united states if we are going to push back on the russians in 2018. they paid no penalty for this. there is no cost, no foul for them. they will do it again because they haven't paid a penalty or a price. that's what mike rogers was talking about. i thought that was really shocking to me. >> yeah, we thank you for your service to the country and a
