(steve) new surveillance video shows a suspect stealing a trailer in a parking lot in sacramento county. this is video of the scene. police say it happened around three this morning. investigators say the truck belonged to the organization california future farmers of america. besides stealing the truck, the suspect walked away with eight-thousand disneyland tickets. a spokesperson with the f-f-a says the suspect knew what he or she was doing.
