mr. gillmartin you mentioned in michigan, for example, they are near their taxing authority. toll roads would likely be a big part of this. mr. shneeweis, do you have toll roets ro eds in nebraska? i'm not aware? >> no, sir, not at the moment. >> do you believe toll roads are a good thing for your state? >> i would say it's nothing that we have put into use in nebraska in the past. i think my sense is that nebraska ans would not support putting tolls on a road that previously did not have them, however, i do think that there could be opportunities if there are facilities that don't currently exist today that could maybe provide a movement that we can't now make. so if you're providing that extra benefit i think i'm not personally opposed to exploring the idea of tolls. i do not think it's going to save all of our infrastructure needs in nebraska, but to say that it's not a tool that might be used just because we are a rural state, i wouldn't go that far. >> but you are saying it's unlikely the people in nebraska would support a toll on a road that is currently -- currently bee
