one of the most significant meetings that we had was again, related to our seawall project, and thats with the army corps of engineers. we were able to meet with the highest civilian -- highest ranking civilian staff person, director of civil war, james dalton, his staff, as well as representative from the secretary of the army. and we were pushing forward with couple of approaches or an approach that we outlined to you in the past that we were looking to get approval of a general investigation new start for our seawall project. we had an opportunity both to talk with our delegation representative as well as talk directly to the army corps staff. they gave us really good insights into how we might be able to move forward with this investigation, but they also gave us a backup approach that we might pursue, the section 203 study, as well, which would allow us if we're not able to get federal funds, federal approval, to move forward with a more conventional approach to getting army corps participation, that we could move the project forward by initially spending our own funds. so it wa
