up until last week the democrats had a second candidate, the mayor of tupelo, elvis presley's birthplace, jason sheldon, who said he was running as a conservative democrat. he dropped out and said he didn't want to split the democrat vote in order to help espy then eventually get into a runoff. so if no one gets 50% plus one vote, it goes to the runoff and that is likely to happen. so i think that is a potential sleeper in terms of because we'll go into political overtime and i would think in that scenario of the three-way espy is virtually assured of getting into the runoff. the question will be will it be the appointed incumbent or the state senator chris mcdaniel who probably will be too far to the right. so that's one to watch, too. >> jim ellis, thank you so much for your insights and wisdom today. we'll be watching closely.
