we have seen madeleine albright, condoleezza rice, george will, bill marr and even the dalai lama subject to these campaigns. i have been speaking for several minutes now. aside from eye-opening example, i haven't even mentioned university policies that have been used to stifle speech which range from overbroad anti- harassment policies to misleadingly labeled free-speech rules that are actually used to quarantine free-speech. one in ten colleges and universities restrict students from expressing themselves on the open outdoor areas of campus at tiny areas of campus. we have seen these policies used about students want to talk to their classmates about second amendment rights or students wanting to disperse flyers promoting animal rights or a vegan diet. there's also been students trying to pass out copies of the constitution that have been arrested. this actually happened, a student arrested while handing out copies of the constitution outside their campus center. i don't like crybabies but we are facing a serious challenge today. i hope in the q & a we can talk about things we can do to
