protestors interrupted an event in san francisco when candidate for mayor jane kim was on stage. was invited on stage to ask kim a question but was interrupted by another man. the video shows people shouting ethnic slurs directed toward kim. <"and now we got this skinny beep rice-eating mother beep right here."> kim posted on twitter that she did not take the comments personally and that "san francisco has to stand together against systematic intolerance and support the real, hard work to make san francisco a safe and diverse community for all its residents." ( darya ) new this morning... a vacaville man was fatally shot while at a parking lot in santa cruz. it happened last night at a parking lot near the boardwalk. officers found the victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso... and was unresponsive. the man later died at the hospital. police found two men they believe to be involved in the shooting, but did not say if any arrests were made.
