montoya, i got a response from his attorney, and that question wasn't answered. so i'm concerned about that. the i.d. scanner would have been helpful, because we would know who's in the club, and that could have been after something happens. that could be a search warrant, we could do it that way. that's fine, but at least we have the means to go back and try to figure out what happened and who was actually there. that's huge, and when we look at the hours, that's a concern, too. 2:00, it was kind of unusual as far as it being a four alarm fire and all our resources over there, i'll give you that, by our swing watch goes -- they're off at 2:00, so they're going to be back doing paperwork, so we have the midnight watch. they're there, and so when they need help, you know, we have enough people, you know, for limited services to deal with that. you can see how quickly if something happens and we have to put personnel over, all the units or a lot of the units that responded that night were units from all over the city that were detailed into our district. so that's
